Hawaii Biz Kids

Kids will learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense for fitness and confidence.  A strong and healthy body is essential in how effective the body uses the mind and creativity in everyday life.


THE ART OF SELLING

As a result of training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, your children will develop self-discipline while building confidence in themselves and others. They will think strategically while problem solving quickly and confidently and will have lots of fun in the process. In the end, your child will feel more confident about protecting him or herself if ever threatened of bodily harm.
Kids will also learn the value of public speaking.  They will learn how to present themselves for job interviews as well as write and recite their own poetry, and of course learn how to deliver a presentation on their own product and / or services. This life skill will benefit them throughout their lives in school, college and in work. 
Everyone is constantly selling something on a daily basis whether they know it or not. We sell ourselves, our ideas, our dreams and goals, etc.  Kids will learn the art of selling all of the above and ultimately their businesses, products, and services.

Children will learn how to speak confidently in front of others.  They will learn about eye contact and body language as well as the importance of knowing your topic and what you are speaking about.

We will have lunch in various locations within walking distance of the school including parks and Kahala Mall.  This will give the children a chance to rest their minds and have some fun as well.

Understanding money and its importance to our lives is crucial in giving our children a strong foundation in how they plan their goals and futures.  Kids will start their own businesses and actually make money through the summer. They will learn the joy of earning their own income. 
Children will have various opportunities to sell something and get feedback. They will learn to sell themselves as far as who they are and what they bring to the table. This will be great practice for job interviews. They will also write and recite their own poetry and finally learn how to sell their business to would-be investors and sell their products and services.
11am - 12pm   Sales Training


Monday  through  Friday

In this class children will learn about what they are passionate about and how to make money doing what they love to do. They will create business plans learn who their target market is, how to develop their product or service and about cost of goods (COGS), expenses and profit. Ultimately, your children will learn about how to run their own business and enjoy it.

Children go on Field Trips every week to learn about the businesses out in our community as well as fun field trips.
